We work in a project matrix – this means we assemble the best team to deliver the audit for each client.

Although Audit New Zealand has seven regional offices and a national office in Wellington, we have a national focus. Our auditing teams are not geographically determined. Auditors are allocated to different clients based on the expertise the clients need, not on location. Our auditors are a highly mobile workforce.

Auditors are mentored or managed by a more senior auditor within their team or sector group. Ultimately, all auditors report to our General Manager, Operations.
