The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the operations of Audit New Zealand (for example, operational performance reports, monitoring business plans, proposals for practice management or professional management improvements, and client management strategies).

Executive Leadership Team members

• Stephen Walker is the Executive Director of Audit New Zealand.
• Bethia Gibson (our General Manager, Operations) is responsible for leading and managing Audit New Zealand's practices nationally.
• Chong Lim (our General Manager, Professional Practices) is our lead accounting and auditing professional. He is responsible for developing and maintaining our high professional standards, competence, and quality.
• Peter Grant (our Assistant Auditor-General – Corporate Services) oversees the corporate services provided to both Audit New Zealand and the Office of the Auditor-General.
