Our graduate programme

To be considered for our 2013 Graduate Programme, you’ll need to be in your final year of study and able to meet the provisional entrance requirements for the Chartered Accountants College of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Once you’ve completed your studies, you’ll start in your graduate role the following February. About half of the places in our Graduate Programme are usually filled by people who were also part of our Summer Internship Programme.

The Graduate Programme begins with a week-long induction programme where you’ll receive training from our specialists and technical experts, as well as getting the materials you need for work – a laptop, wireless card, and cellphone. Grad induction is also a time to get to know other people in your year group, who you’ll rely on for advice and support throughout your whole career.

Graduates start as Assistant Auditors and begin working on a portfolio of clients from day one. Right away you’ll be given support by senior staff as you learn on the job.
