Our culture

Audit New Zealand operates as a professional services firm, but does not have the pressures that often occur as a result of the partnership model.

We invest heavily in our people’s development, with the goal of developing their potential and helping them grow into strong, well-rounded, and highly-skilled professionals.

We place a high priority on technical skills (professional development activities) as well as the "softer" skills needed to do the job well (organisational development activities).
