We will assist you by:

• subsidising your relocation costs;
• greeting you at the airport on your arrival; and
• providing a relocation service and short-term accommodation to help you get settled in New Zealand.

Competitive remuneration

We pay for performance. Remuneration is reviewed at least annually, and we also have a performance bonus scheme for senior staff that is tied to the achievement of key organisational objectives. We continually benchmark our remuneration with that of other New Zealand organisations – in both the public and private sector.
