In addition to becoming a good auditor, I think Audit New Zealand has helped me grow to be a strong professional. I've developed solid business skills like communicating well with others, being organised, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.

I've also found that at Audit New Zealand the more of yourself you put into your work and your professional development, the more you get out. There are opportunities to work on particular sectors or clients that you’re interested in. Expressing these interests is well recognised here.

Because of the way we're structured, there's considerable support available; everyone is encouraged to be a high performer. Working in that environment brings out the best in me, and I think the skills I'm learning will serve me well for the rest of my career...
