I came to Audit New Zealand as a grad because of the culture - I knew I'd be treated as an individual and not expected to be someone I'm not. When I went overseas, I always knew I would come back to Audit New Zealand because we take care of our people.
Now that I'm a Manager, I'm focused on helping our staff develop and making sure that they feel as proud of this organisation as I do.
