I came to Audit New Zealand as a grad, and even after nearly 17 years here, I am proud to say that I still love my job.

These days, I've got two young kids, so I work part-time. I've been really well-supported by the organisation over the years in terms of helping me to juggle work and family commitments, not to mention the professional development and leadership training I've received that has helped me to become an Audit Director.

I think you know you've made the right career choice when you get satisfaction from continually tackling new and different challenges. For example, I find it so rewarding when the Chief Executive of one of our clients rings me up for advice on how to solve a problem in their organisation. It’s nice to know that the sector knowledge and client relationships I've built up over the years really do have a positive effect on the New Zealand public sector.
