John started with Audit New Zealand in 1991. He has a varied portfolio covering both the central and local government sectors. John has also carried out a number of significant probity and governance reviews.
Before joining Audit New Zealand, John spent 13 years auditing in public practice and a number of years in senior financial management positions both in New Zealand and overseas.
