Julian first worked for Audit New Zealand in our Hamilton Office from 1993 to 1995, and then re-joined us in May 2005. His current portfolio includes entities in the local government, tertiary education, utilities, health, and research sectors. Julian leads our tertiary education sector group.

Before returning to Audit New Zealand, Julian was a Director with an accounting and advisory firm in Singapore. A former governor of the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore, he has a particular interest in helping organisations improve their corporate reporting practices, governance and control structures.

Francis has been at Audit New Zealand since May 2000. His current portfolio includes clients in the local government, hospital and health services, tertiary education, State owned enterprises and the Crown entity sectors.

Francis' extensive experience spans more than 20 years in both the private and public sectors, in the fields of auditing, accounting, taxation, business, and management advisory services.

David joined Audit New Zealand in May 2007, and works on audits in our local government and tertiary education sector groups.

David has more than 15 years experience in professional firms in New Zealand and abroad. His work experience includes both private and public sectors covering auditing, accounting, taxation, information systems, and business and management advisory services. David's relevant commercial experience includes several years with a New Zealand listed company covering risk management, and consulting to a couple of District Health Boards.

Megan joined Audit New Zealand in 1993. Her role involves writing policies and the planning, design, and logistics involved in preparing a new professional development programme for Audit New Zealand.

Megan’s public sector auditing experience has been gained through assignments for a cross-section of clients including District Health Boards, council-controlled organisations, tertiary education institutions, and Crown research institutes. Before joining us, Megan worked in a small chartered accountancy practice.
