	The Board is responsible for the preparation of the Crown Service Enterprise’s financial statements and statement of service performance, and for the judgements made in them. The Board of the Crown Service Enterprise has the responsibility for establishing and maintaining a system of internal control designed to provide reasonable assurance as to the integrity and reliability of financial reporting. In the Board’s opinion, these financial statements and statement of service performance fairly reflect the financial position and operations of the Crown Service Enterprise for the year ended 30 June 2011.

1: In addition to the signed statement of responsibility, section 151(3) of the CEA requires the annual report to be dated and signed on behalf of the Board by 2 members or, in the case of a corporation sole, by the sole member.

2: Section 155 of the CEA requires the statement of responsibility to be dated and signed on behalf of the Board by 2 members or, in the case of a corporation sole, by the sole member.
